Mercate People Partners provides senior fractional HR leadership for operational businesses that need more than generalist HR. That may be during a restructure, following a senior HR exit, through a period of union negotiation, or when the same workforce issues keep resurfacing and need to be dealt with properly. Mercate People Partners works across the public and private sectors, with deep experience in manufacturing and highly regulated environments. We work with organizations in the US, the UK, and Europe, in person and remotely.
