As a project manager, my interest mainly lies in the management of strategic estates projects in the primary, community and social care sectors. I am very interested in the health and social care system as a whole and see good-quality, well-designed estate very much as the enabler for the best ways of delivering services.My objective is to put the users of healthcare estate at the heart of every project I run or contribute to. Clinical estate must respond to clinical strategies for the best outcomes for patients and staff. I pride myself on being proactive rather than reactive - looking forward to identify challenges and opportunities before they impact on project delivery to keep stakeholders engaged and to introduce broad insight to project development.My experience and strong organisational skills mean I play a key role in the business development activities at Prime - researching and evaluating opportunities, as well as co-ordinating bid activities. I have been integral to the teams that have been successful in winning three Strategic Estate Partnerships in the acute sector.

I am a Strategic Estates & Capital Projects Manager with extensive experience working alongside NHS clients to transform healthcare estates. My work focuses on aligning estate strategies and capital investment with clinical priorities, ensuring that healthcare environments are efficient, sustainable, and supportive of patient care.I specialise in the pre-construction phase, leading projects from feasibility through to construction readiness. This includes: • Supporting NHS clients to understand their estate portfolio and utilisation. • Developing options appraisals, and feasibility studies. • Leading the reconfiguration of live healthcare environments to meet evolving clinical needs. • Coordinating multi-disciplinary teams of clinicians, estates professionals, facilities managers, technical specialists, and tenants.I also bring significant experience of delivering projects within and LIFT environments, giving me a deep understanding of complex governance, contractual frameworks, and long-term estate management models.What drives me is helping healthcare organisations unlock the full potential of their estate — so that buildings, services, and people work together to deliver the best possible outcomes for patients.
