Leading across all above the line talent development for Screen Yorkshire; ran 2 iterations of the platform agnostic programme FLEX, with 60 creatives and 20 original projects developed, devised and ran ScriptEd for underrepresented scripted editorial, co ran the BFI Insight programme for emerging feature producers, devised/ran the Forge development lab, in partnership with BD25 City of Culture. Strategic oversight of The Unit, the open source filmmaking community hub funded by C4 & Bradford Council. Budget management, strategic planning, building key partnerships both in the UK and internationally. Exec across specific YCF funded TV projects.
