I’m a Profit Strategist and an accountant but first off, i\'m business owner. I’ve been building and running businesses since 2002. I founded my accountancy and bookkeeping practice in 2002 and for over 24 years I’ve worked with ambitious business owners across the UK. My specialist team supports online, retail and service based businesses, so we understand how modern entrepreneurs operate, from digital launches to recurring revenue models. That experience shapes everything I do. I don’t just focus on compliance. I help business owners think like CEOs, increasing profitability, smoothing cash flow and building businesses that actually pay them well. Alongside this, I work with business owners who are ready to stop guessing, start leading and build businesses that are not just busy, but properly structured, profitable and built to last. Over the past two decades, I’ve supported hundreds of entrepreneurs to understand what’s actually happening inside their business, make better decisions and create sustainable growth without the constant pressure. My work goes beyond numbers. I focus on helping business owners build what I call a Proper Business. One that is purposeful, structured and able to grow without relying on the owner holding everything together. That means: – clearer direction – stronger decision making – better systems and structure – and a business that supports both income and impact In 2016 we launched Financial Growth Academy, where we deliver practical tools, training and support designed to help business owners take control of their business and their profit.
