Started off as Health Information Technician and was promoted in 6 Months to the QA role- Provided final analysis for select patient charts for revenue and compliance- Coordinate completion of deficiencies for high-priority accounts- Develop and maintain deep relationships with 30 clinics to facilitate compliance and establish unique best practices for each clinic- Liase on behalf revenue/compliance with individual physicians - Create custom reports for VP of Medical Affairs on matters related to compliance and revenue- Assist physicians with specialized Health Information Requests and troubleshooting- Test EHR systems in advance of significant updates- Educate physicians on changes to software and advise them on the intersection of HIPAA compliance and Health Information Management.
