I am Senior Counsel in Walkers\' Employment Law team in Jersey. I am UK qualified and have specialised in employment law since qualification in 2011. I support clients in the full cycle of employment law matters across a range of sectors including financial services, professional services, media, IT, insurance and telecommunications. I have extensive experience of advising on sensitive grievance and disciplinary processes, internal investigations, executive terminations, settlement negotiations, redundancies and restructures, managing poor performance and sickness absence employment contracts and the employment aspects of acquisitions, disposals and outsourcings. I regularly represent clients in complex Employment Tribunal proceedings including discrimination, unfair dismissal and whistleblowing claims. I also advise clients on disputes regarding enforcement of post-termination restrictive covenants and the protection of confidential information. I have significant experience of providing strategic advice to clients on large-scale projects such as global restructuring, contract and policy review processes and corporate transactions. I frequently provide training to clients on a range of employment topics.
