About Jo Nell Mullins

I currently serve as a corporate quality manager for CDM Smith. I am responsible for developing, implementing, and assessing the implementation of the firm\'s quality management system. The majority of my career has been spent serving as a senior quality manager for several CDM Smith U.S. federal projects since 2010. My federal client experience includes the United States (US) Environmental Protection Agency, US Army Corp of Engineers, Federal Highways Administration, U.S. Department of Defense, US Department of Homeland Security, US Agency for International Development, and US Department of Energy (DOE). I am also a skilled group meeting facilitator who fosters collaboration and teamwork by coordinating, leading, and supporting team meetings to ensure project progress. I coach groups to work productively as a team to accomplish critical success factors. I strive to lead effective meetings and handle difficult issues to reach a consensus. As a facilitator, I am skilled to stay on topic/track, allow attendees to be heard/respected, and conclude with an action plan.
