An experienced and engaging presenter and multi-media reporter with 20+ years working for the BBC.I am a regular presenter of BBC South Today, one of the most popular 1830 regional news programmes. I\'ve been a mentor, event host and moderator. As a reporter, I\'m an original storyteller, with a history of delivering exclusive reports across the BBC\'s national and local platforms. Experience of delivering breaking news, creative features and working under pressure and to tight deadlines. As a senior editorial colleague, I also have leadership experience, working at Assistant Editor level to output BBC South Today over a two year period. I have had BBC leadership training and line management responsibility over a number of years, aiming to inspire teams to deliver their best work for our audience.As a result of my leadership experience, I have become more interested in strategy, digital product development and leading change. I have recently secured a part-time development opportunity running alongside my substantive job as an Assistant Project Manager within the BBC Transformation Office.
