ABOUT JOANNE GRIFFITHS
I\'m a nonprofit leader with 15 years of program management experience in the nonprofit and education sectors of the UK, France, Belgium and Canada. My main driver is solving problems and I especially love strategic planning, program development, program management and measuring impact. My experiences in philanthropy and communications have given me a well-rounded understanding of nonprofit management: from strategic partnerships to grant-writing and governance. My colleagues would describe me as collaborative, solution-oriented, warm and supportive. One of my favourite things is working as a team to help everyone perform to the best of their abilities. I have a soft spot for organizations working to help children / young people achieve their potential and those finding innovative solutions to help us all to age with dignity.
