A multi award-winning Contact Centre, Back office and Operational Excellence Leader and Manager with twenty five years experience working within in-house and outsourced financial services environments. Lean Six Sigma © ‘Green Belt’ trained, with a proven track record in delivering compliant and controlled outstanding service, identifying and delivering change, continuous improvement and people management within highly regulated environments. Motivated to achieve success, and committed to excellence in delivery of business objectives. My compassion and commitment enable me to quickly build excellent working relationships and develop solutions from within existing business models, putting customer outcomes at the centre of all I do. A solid background in financial services operational management combined with outstanding relationship management; escalation resolution, verbal and written communication skills enable me to provide robust support for the business. Challenging appropriately to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, providing assurance and confidence in processes and procedures, whilst actively identifying and implementing improvements, savings and efficiencies.A Masters degree in Leadership and Management and Cert CII across Life, Pensions, Investment and Insurance administration sectors.
