Using the individual placement and support model, I work closely with clinical teams and local employers to deliver person centred, recovery- focused employment support.I specialise in rapid job search, vocational profiling, employer engagement, and in-work support, ensuring that each individual\'s preferences, strengths, and goals remain at the heart of the process. I am passionate about reducing barriers to employment and challenging stigma around mental health in the workplace.
