ABOUT ME I have over 13 years of experience advising on intellectual property (IP) and commercial matters. My focus has long been on trade mark protection and enforcement, complemented by broader experience across commercial IP agreements and advisory work. My time in private practice has given me the insight and adaptability to work closely with a wide variety of businesses, from start-ups to established international firms.I support clients with a range of IP matters, including trade mark clearance, prosecution, enforcement, copyright, design rights and passing off. I also regularly advise clients on IP strategy and help negotiate and draft IP-rich commercial agreements – such as licences, assignments, and collaborations.(I have particular interest in supporting early-stage businesses and SMEs with global ambitions!).WHY STRATAGEM? Stratagem\'s strength lies in its people; we also have a great office! The team works collaboratively across IP disciplines to provide clients with well-rounded, practical support and we operate as a natural extension of an in-house team. It’s especially rewarding to play a role in developing and protecting innovation – whether the project is big or small.
