A new role in UK Skechers. This role partners across business units in distribution, wholesale and retail. My achievements include- Digitalisation of the Retail Leadership programme for European Retail- The adaption and facilitation of Leadership workshops for our UKDC and Wholesale population. Following the positive response this will now be extended across Europe- Partnering with our specialist disciplines within HR to create learning content and advise on facilitation- Creating content on Articulate 360 to engage both corporate and Retail teams and ensure valuable learning outputs- Developing bespoke content to support specific teams.
