I direct, support, and manage operations, policy development, and strategic planning for the Global Mobility Program, including managing Global & U.S. Immigration processes, Global & Domestic Relocation, Ex-Pats, In-Pats, TCNs, Global Medical Benefits, LATAM Benefits, and supporting Human Resources functions. I develop and implement technical solutions that align current business plans with overall business goals and objectives. Collaborate with legal counsel to gain pertinent information about immigration law to remain in compliance with state and federal regulations. I control immigration documentation for North America including H-1B, Green Cards, L-1, and TN. I facilitate vendor relationship management, handling all aspects of vendor selection including contract negotiations and final decision. Source and interview potential vendors supporting U.S. immigration programs, ensuring business models align with internal needs and expectations. I handle all aspects of vendor selection including contract negotiations and confirm that final decisions remain mutually beneficial for both parties.I am the sole resource and manager for all immigration processes both inside and outside the USA. I am an active member and integral contributor of the Customer Advisory Board with Immigration Vendor and Law Firm.I optimized internal and external processes to identify and mitigate areas of redundancy.
