Engaged on major projects from $24million to $120million assisting in sales, project planning and management, test planning/strategies, and resource management. Industries include steel mills, aerospace, manufacturing, cruise, entertainment, utilities, and chemical.• Identifying test strategies for prospective clients and new clients based on their implementations.• Define and create master test strategies for clients with US and European implementations.• Plan automation test strategy and design framework.• Provide estimated hours for all testing needs (manual, automation, security, conversion, integration and performance).• Manage testing of all test cycles (Functional, Data Conversion, SIT, Regression, Performance, Disaster Recovery and UAT)• Identify, plan and create test strategy/plan for performance/stress/load testing.• Establish a daily defect triage to review defects and prioritize.• Establishing and documenting QA best practice and methodology that fits the client’s IT and business culture. • Provide daily and weekly communications on the health of testing efforts to executive leadership and PMO on progress, challenges and mitigation plan to reduce risks using graphs/diagrams for metrics gathered to show testing progress to executive leadership and project management team. • Assist clients in choosing testing tools (test management, automation, performance) that would suite the project and future testing endeavors.• Manage and facilitate daily defect triages. • Document and establishing defect management process. Mentor, guide and create performance reviews for testing team members reporting to me during a project.
