She later shaped narratives for IT Showcase and supported BizChat during its rapid evolution.Now focused on Microsoft Copilot, Jessica leverages her broad background to drive impact during a period of extraordinary growth. She’s passionate about building systems that enable teams to move quickly and deliver customer-driven innovation.Outside of work, Jessica is a certified wellness coach and an advocate for holistic well-being. She enjoys raising two daughters, exploring writing projects, and most recently, embracing weightlifting.
