ABOUT JORDAN KNIGHT

I am a recent graduate from The University of South Carolina with a degree in Retail Management and a minor in Hospitality Management. I am a people driven professional with a deep passion for service, connection, and detail-oriented experiences. My time in the industry so far has been shaped by the hands-on roles at premier private clubs and high-profile events, including The Tree Farm, Charlotte Country Club, The Kiawah Island Club, and The Masters Tournament. These experiences have strengthened my appreciation for luxury service standards, collaboration, and creating memorable guest experiences in fast paced and high expectation environments.The love I have for hospitality began early on when I was dual enrolled in Cosmetology School while in high school. Here, I was able to learn the value of personal connection, trust, and attention to detail. This foundation continues to influence how I approach service today - thoughtfully, intentionally, and putting guest needs first. I am known for my outgoing personality, hard work ethic, and focusing on the details. I tend to thrive in roles that allow me to build relationships, anticipate needs, and contribute to a positive team culture. I am excited to continue growing within the hospitality and service industries and to be part of an organization that values excellence, authenticity, and meaningful guest experiences.
