ABOUT JULIE NEEDLER
Working in research and evaluation for the last 15 years has taught me that no two evaluations are the same, but there are common challenges to reaching results and more often than not evaluations provide a key to understanding, learning and eventually enacting change. I\'ve worked internationally and within Canada, for both public and private sectors, building capacity for evaluation, using research to generate evidence in support of strategic planning and program design, while advising on measurement approaches, data translation and presentation techniques to advance learning, growth and enhanced decision making.Understanding what works and the process of how we reach positive impact is what drives me, in concert with a wicked sense of curiosity and openness to do things a little differently. I am always learning and enjoy collaborative work that builds skills, solves problems and stretches thinking to challenge assumptions. Personally, I enjoy photography, travel and learning languages and am learning to sew, play golf and enjoy life one day at a time.I am open to opportunities and please feel free to get in touch!
