I have also demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement in IT operations and service delivery by leveraging ITIL best practices and best-in-class cloud/on-premise/hybrid/remote solutions while delivering thought leadership to guide and shape IT change initiatives across various global organizations.Key Career Impressions: Spearheaded the migration of Beal Bank’s disaster recovery data center to a live, fully functional site at a Tier II data center, resulting in 100% replication of all production applications in a stable, highly available environment with an RTO and RPO of under 4 hours. Led a year-long overhaul of PFSweb’s e-commerce infrastructure to meet stringent security requirements (comprising 300+ controls), resulting in 100% compliance (up from 30%) with PCI DSS Level One, SAS-70, and SOX requirements by year-end. Directed the transfer of Ally Bank’s IT infrastructure components from GMAC ResCap data centers to new co-lo facilities and the separation of ResCap infrastructure into 4 stand-alone companies in under 1 year (due to the bankruptcy and sale of ResCap).
