ABOUT JOSÉ MANUEL VIVANCO LETELIER

José’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate matters, with a particular focus in the Latin America Region. He has more than 15 years of experience and has represented a broad spectrum of U.S. and international clients in matters ranging in size and complexity from small single-asset transactions to billion-dollar international auction processes involving multiple jurisdictions. José’s experience extends to a variety of industries, including mining, retail, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, financial institutions, asset management, aeronautical, automotive and energy (including renewables and oil and gas).
