Oversees the programs interacting with assigned Project Managers to determine and maintain the most cost-effective method of accomplishing work through final certification and closeout analyzing project progress and financial reports to maintain management positive control. Tracks financial progress and status of program and projects and develops and coordinates corrective actions/adjustments working with and mentoring Project Managers to ensure completion of projects meeting all quality, technical, schedule and profit goals while meeting all technical, quality, schedule and costs requirements. Must be able to identify, assess and analyze with the team, any risk and/or issues that may compromise the successful completion of projects, and develop plans/actions that will mitigate risks. Able to provide leadership when schedule / production conflicts may occur for resolution to ensure successful project completion and job profit margins. The Program Manager is ultimately responsible for meeting all deliverables on-time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction ensuring conformance with contractual requirements. Strives to develop new business or expands the product line with the customer.
