In my role at Holy Redeemer, I lead payor and value-based contracting and population health for an agile community health system. I also lead our Health Systems Analytics team. I have successfully negotiated over $5.5B in multi-year Commercial, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid and value/risk-based contracts with all the national and regional payors. Our value-based contracts have outperformed other local hospital and physician entities, improved quality (HEDIS / Stars/ GPRO, etc.) and earned substantial shared savings over the past 4 measurement periods making us a desired partner. The analytics team discovers and understands emerging patterns. We work with the business to provide focused approaches and solutions to address the changing marketplace. We empowered our PCP with useable information, so they continually outperform the market and improve results each year.
