Select Points of Pride:• Designed and implemented facilitated Day 1 virtual system Orientation for new hires across five organizations: Tufts Medical Center, Lowell General Hospital, MelroseWakefield Hospital, Care at Home, and Tufts Medicine (corporate). Topics included Mission, Vision, Values; Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; Compliance; Information Safety; Occupational Health; and Benefits; among others.• Implemented Workday training for HR by persona (Payroll, Employee/Labor Relations, HRBPs, Total Rewards, Recruiters, etc.); as well as for system-wide employees and people leaders.• Developed Timekeeping Resources Portal that houses knowledge articles, instructional videos, and other learning resources for four timekeeping platforms across five healthcare organizations.
