   Part of the TAC team and \"atking\" new challenges with a unique perspective:) Currently learning and trying to do it the Arista Way!End of Year 1:(what I discovered/performed)- We have excellent customers- Handled a handful of very high-profile, mission-critical (+ many adjectives) cases on behalf of the fabulous Arista TAC- Authored internal training contents (videos, slides, docs etc.), to help make the TAC more fabulous :)- Networks do break in ways one cannot even imagine (and can cause equally unimaginable outages)
