As a Director of Veterinary Technician Recruiting at Mission Veterinary Partners (MVP), I am responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop veterinary technicians across our network of over 200 hospitals. I have over 15 years of experience in the veterinary industry, ranging from lead technician to hospital director, and I am a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM). My core competencies include veterinary medicine, animal restraint, euthanasia, surgical assisting, staff training, employee handbooks, human resources, and continuous improvement. I am passionate about enhancing the quality of care and service for our patients and clients, as well as empowering and supporting our team members and leaders.
