Over a decade ago I applied for a job at a small company called \"The Lampo Group\" during my last semester of college. I wasn\'t that familiar with Dave Ramsey or his teachings, but when I read The Total Money Makeover during the interview process I felt like I had never read anything else that made so much sense. It\'s been a wild ride these last 15 years as the company has tripled in size and my role has changed considerably. I\'ve grown so much not only professionally but personally as well.    As a member of the executive team for Digital Marketing, I\'m leading agile engineering squads across two domains within our team: platform and global experience. The platform squads build and operate the core systems that power our website experience, e-commerce and subscription sales, and email delivery, while the global experience teams deliver web applications and digital experiences on top of that foundation. I\'m responsible to set technical strategy and architecture across both domains, connect systems across Marketing, Data, and Engineering, and partner with leaders to modernize platforms, improve velocity, and grow strong, disciplined engineering teams.
