Procurement Transactions: Craft and negotiate transactions for the procurement of hardware, software, and services that support and secure industrial operations in over 130 countries; in-scope agreements include licensing, outsourcing, revenue share, product partnership, cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS), design and development, build-to-print, and supply chain agreements. Technology and IP: Craft transactions and procurement strategies for billion-dollar projects to design, develop, and manufacture software-defined vehicle architectures, in-vehicle infotainment systems, and advanced driver assistance systems; in-scope transactions include agreements with chipmakers for the development of board support packages, source code and binary license agreements, and engineering, design and development agreements for high-performance computers.
