I’ve spent my career in production agriculture and multi-site operations, working alongside producers, contractors, and teams where performance, uptime, and execution aren’t optional—they’re everything.As a Regional Manager at Hog Slat, I oversaw retail and service operations across multiple states and into Canada, while supporting international expansion and helping lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the business. That experience gave me a front-row seat to how data, systems, and operational discipline directly impact efficiency, decision-making, and ultimately profitability at the farm level.I’ve seen where operations break down—lack of visibility, inconsistent processes, delayed decisions—and I’ve also seen how the right tools, when actually adopted, can change outcomes.Today at PigKnows, I work with swine producers and production teams to turn data into practical, day-to-day decisions that improve performance across their operations. My focus isn’t just on implementing software—it’s on making sure it works in the real world, at every level, from ownership to the barn.I believe the future of production agriculture will be driven by operations that can combine strong execution with better data.
