I direct the development, direction, and management of strategic external social communications for the Office of Strategic Communication (OSC). Successfully managed and oversaw a comprehensive social media communications program, ensuring the timely completion of all ongoing projects and initiatives. Mentored and trained a team of social media specialists, improving the efficiency and productivity of the team on an ongoing basis. Provided expert technical advice and consultation to OSC management and administrative staff on social media strategy and planning, leading to more effective and targeted outreach efforts on an ongoing basis.
