One example was organizing travel logistics for a group of 40 people, where I ensured every traveler had the correct flight information, coordinated transportation across the city, secured hotel accommodations, and confirmed that everyone boarded their cruise ship on time. In another case, I personally accompanied a client to the airport after their luggage was mistakenly taken by another passenger. We worked with airport staff to locate the bag just in time for their flight. In a third situation, I helped a client navigate a complex travel itinerary with multiple flight changes where their luggage was delayed. I assisted in filing insurance claims and worked with the airline to ensure their bags were returned before their cruise departure.
