As Senior Director of the National Alliance of Trauma Recovery Centers (NATRC) at the University of California, San Francisco, I lead the agency in supporting a national network of 53 member Trauma Recovery Centers across 14 states. My work focuses on expanding access to healing services for survivors of violent crime, particularly in communities with high rates of violence that also experience systemic challenges. In this role, I spearhead efforts to ensure fidelity to the UCSF TRC model, build sustainable technical assistance infrastructure, and strengthen partnerships with federal, state, and local governments to replicate effective trauma-informed practices nationwide.
