ABOUT JOSÉ DÁVILA

I\'m a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with 10 years of experience in Architecture, Development, and Construction, and with over 10 years of experience in residential and multi-family real estate/construction projects in Canada and the U.S. I wore different hats on different roles as rep for a sub-contractor, a consultant, a developer and a builder, contributing to the planning, design and development of new high-rise and mid-rise residential projects, across all project management stages such as planning, execution, monitoring and closing out.I discovered my interest in Project Management and Real Estate as I began my journey in Canada back in 2013 and I\'ve always been keen to learn from the profession and the industry day by day. Pushing my boundaries further, I\'ve expanded my training and skills by acquiring a Certificate in Construction Project Management and later graduating with an Advanced Diploma Program in Business Administration focused in Project Management. Today, I\'m nearing to the end of a journey to complete a Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Management with a Major in Real Estate Management. I am an advocate of teaching and learning, having the amazing opportunity to volunteer with the PMI Toronto Chapter in various roles, planning and delivering events and webinars for members with the goal of promoting knowledge and good practices for peers in this industry.​I consider myself a team player and an eager individual continuously looking for new and exciting challenges in my career.
