I’m a cloud, learning, and innovation leader with deep experience building scalable enablement programs that accelerate technical capability and support enterprise transformation. My career spans Stifel, AWS, and Microsoft, where I’ve consistently helped teams adopt modern technologies through hands-on training, cloud readiness, and data-driven learning strategies.In my current role as Manager, Learning & Innovation Enablement at Stifel, I’m evolving the firm’s learning ecosystem into a cloud-powered, AI-enhanced environment. I lead LearningOps strategy, develop cloud and SRE training programs, build sandbox and lab experiences, and drive the integration of learning platforms and AI workflows.
