About Jeff McBain
Responsible for creating an IT based group to drive the transformation of Agile, Scrum and SAFe within the Ground IT organization. The Agile Enablement team is involved in Agile, Training, Transformation, Adoption, Coaching and Knowledge Sharing. I am leading the effort to drive agile/SAFe adoption which includes standing up agile scrum teams, standing up Agile Release Trains, internal training of IT and Business folks on agile curriculum and developing the process framework to support this overall effort.
