Hi! I\'m Jasmine! I\'m a UX enthusiast, constantly striving to create the best user experience. I have over five years of experience in front-end development. After completing my master\'s in Human-Centered Design & Engineering at University of Washington, I pivoted into UX Research to have more interaction with customers and greater influence on the final product. I bring a collaborative, user-centered mindset to my work. I help improve teams and products by:• Bridging the gaps between research, design, and engineering disciplines• Making product recommendations that adhere to research insights, are considerate of engineering constraints, and support business goals• Implementing and utilizing product analytics and process improvements to uncover user pain points and track design impactIn addition to building exceptional user experiences, I also strive to enable opportunities for incoming talent and create a positive work environment for my peers.
