I build and fix critical company systems at the intersection of engineering, security, and product. Across startups and public companies, I’ve been brought in to turn around underperforming organizations, establish execution discipline, and scale teams without sacrificing reliability or risk. Most recently, I was a founding leader at StockApp, where I built the company’s technical, security, and operational foundations from zero, co-led product and execution, and helped deliver the first customer deployments.
