I\'m a Senior Product Manager at Microsoft, where I own an AI agent platform for incident management. I led the shift from rule-based automation to LLM-powered autonomous agents that reason through incidents, query data sources, and take action through integrated tools — including MCP (Model Context Protocol) server integrations. Since launch, adoption has been rapid, with agents already saving meaningful engineering time per incident at scale.I drive go-to-market strategy, scaled rollouts, and onboarding programs across thousands of stakeholders — including training sessions, executive briefings, and release communications. I work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, and customers to define requirements, make prioritization decision, and drive the roadmap from idea to launch. I lead our Responsible AI, privacy, and security compliance efforts, including GDPR and data residency requirements.I\'m data-driven — I write Kusto queries, build analytics dashboards, and run A/B tests to measure impact and drive roadmap decisions. I also build my own prototypes using VS Code, GitHub Copilot, and MCP tools to create UI mocks and accelerate my workflow.Earlier in my time at Microsoft, I owned the API platform and NLP/ML models behind Azure Portal\'s Help + Support experience — powering self-help routing across hundreds of services and saving tens of millions annually in support costs.Before Microsoft, I worked at Bank of America, where I built a change management platform for regulatory reporting. I also served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve as a Data Systems Administrator.
