He has in-depth merger and acquisition experience combined with significant operational and international experience in the financial services industry as well as business development. Mr. Martinos has extensive experience in IT Outsourced Services, Application Development, Systems Management, Contract Management, Sales and Marketing, and Systems Integration initiatives. In addition, he founded and co-owned a successful senior-level consulting firm in St. Louis, MO with clients such as Anheuser Busch, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, A.G. Edwards, and Charter Communications.
