I build and support highly scalable services systems using Java, TypeScript, AWS and internal technologies, including Gen-AI tools. My work spans the full software lifecycle: design, plan, code, test, automate/deploy, monitor, and production support (on-call)- Led the design and implementation of a federated approval service (including a RESTful API) for digital promotions, now used by 40+ internal businesses- Maintain and evolve 16 asynchronous services to handle the lifecycle of subscriptions (e.g. Prime, Music), supporting thousands of transactions per second with strict SLAs, supporting 200M+ customers across 100+ marketplaces- Pro-active implementation of metrics which helped to reduce time to resolution from days to minutes. Troubleshooting and fix of complex issues (e.g. bot traffic, web vulnerabilities)
