I am motivated by: learning what makes customers tick, seeing recommendations come to life, proving and disproving hypotheses, and uncovering opportunities to build a better experience. I strive to collaborate across product, design, marketing and engineering teams to encourage a deep understanding of customer needs. Current Projects:• Managing user research strategy and execution across Product, Design, and Engineering, including: conducting user interviews, running usability tests, facilitating our Customer Advisory Board, and creating and implementing surveys• Developing user personas through interviews and data analysis• Planning and implementation for Moz\'s semiannual Search Marketing Industry Survey • Collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing feedback across 10 channels (forums, web mentions, social networks, community, internal feedback, support tickets, mentorship, cancellation surveys, in-person, and email)
