DIRECTOR OF RISK MANAGEMENT WITH 25+ YEARS EXPERIENCE As the Director of Risk Management for Alston Construction, a nationwide construction management firm, design-builder and general contractor for the industrial, commercial, healthcare, education, and retail sectors, Jennifer serves as a key advisor to Alston’s executive and project teams located in 23 cities across the United States. Since joining Alston in 2014, she is responsible for managing corporate risk including insurance program design, contract negotiation, pre-qualification, and claims and litigation management. Jennifer’s background in claims, insurance and safety serving as Account Executive for a nationwide construction broker, Risk Manager of a national subcontractor, and working for a multi-line insurer, has given her a broad array of experience to help Alston manage their risk through prevention, contractual risk transfer, contract negotiation, and other mitigation strategies. Jennifer is an MBA graduate of the University of Loyola Chicago, and has her B.S. in Business Administration from University of California, Riverside. She has designations in ARM, Associate in Risk Management and AIC, Associate in Claims. She enjoys spending time with her children and husband, snow skiing, hiking, and golfing.
