About Sudsina

I\'m JM, a producer who is at his best when producing and designing engaging interactive experiences for a diverse audience of players/users. Through my time in the gaming industry, I\'ve developed a keen understanding of what it takes to design, build, and manage these experiences, from concept to ship date and beyond. Leveraging my expertise in cross-disciplinary communication, I have a proven track record of empowering teams to delivery quality products under a unified vision. In short, I know what \"good\" looks like, and I know how to get my team there in one piece. My years in research and development at EA under CCO Rich Hilleman have developed into an aptitude for innovation and emerging technologies (i.e. VR, HTML5, streaming games), and fine-tuned my ability to deliver quality experiences with limited resources. Following that, my time as a Feature Producer for The Sims 4 taught me valuable lessons about the large-scale development of live service content that captures and retains the attention of Gen-Z consumers. Next, I put all of these skills to good use as the Content Producer on the Oculus Home team, designing monthly content releases based on telemetry and user research, and overseeing their development and release with a cross-functional team of vendors, internal artists, gameplay engineers, and marketers. If you\'ve ever worn an Oculus or Meta Quest headset, you\'ve seen my team\'s 3D art or environments!Nowadays, I am a Principal Creative Producer for the IP Strategy team at Riot Games. Despite the very legal sounding name, the IPS team essentially functions as a creative advisory team for Riot\'s core IPs (League of Legends and Valorant) spearheading everything from worldbuilding to style guides, long-term story strategy and frameworks for managing co-development of various projects across mediums within the same fictional world.
