As the Founding Director of The Little Gym of Old Tappan, I have helped lead the business from concept to community cornerstone, building the team, systems, and membership base from the ground up. Helping launch a business and watching it grow has been an incredible and rewarding experience.With 5+ years of experience, sales leadership is a key part of my role, from acquisition strategy through long-term client retention.
