Responsible for sharing our company story to a wide range of external stakeholders across national and local markets, c-suite executive thought leadership, executive positioning, and executive owned media channels. Oversee all corporate reputation issues and crisis management efforts to mitigate risks to the company, including leveraging reputation data to build trust with stakeholders. Responsible for all internal and external communication strategies for the company’s D&I and ESG efforts, including its CEO-led Sustained Action for Racial Equity and Women’s Initiative. Lead the development of the company’s annual Sustainability Report. Serve as trusted lead communications advisor and strategic partner to the company’s Chief Legal & Compliance Officer and Law and Public Affairs function executive team, including Law, Privacy, Compliance, Government and Community Relations, and ESG.Serve as a valued member of the core Communications leadership team, driving strong engagement and understanding of the role of strategic communications the company which includes more than 85 professionals.
