Plan, coordinate, and conduct the StellarXplorers National Space Design Competition, establishing new web-based competition delivery system utilizing MS forms and Power Automate- Manage the scenario development team to maintain clear and concise practice and qualification competition scenario materials- Conduct competition scoring processes ensuring transparency, integrity, and clarity- Create training material designed for student competitors and adult coaches to familiarize themselves with competition learning objectives- Ensure availability of program and competition materials, including software and hardware- Conduct communications with team coaches and StellarCamp host organizations to promote StellarXplorers participation; assist leadership in planning for program growth- Develop and implement evaluation tools to measure program impact- Recruit, screen, and guide technical mentors for teams as needed- Assist in maintenance of learning management system and website platform to deliver StellarCamp summer camp content
