Responsible for job descriptions, role mandates, hiring and performance assessments. • Set department budget to secure proper funding and resource allocation for key business programs, supporting multiple manufacturing locations globally. • Engage in Labeling Kaizen and Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA) to evaluate labeling gaps to promote continuous improvement and make effective changes to processes, tools and organizational structure. • Ownership of Labeling SOPs, WIs, templates and process work flows. • Develop labeling strategies to meet growth targets globally, including strategic localization plans. • Establish partnerships with key stakeholders working across various business value streams and cross functional leadership to serve as the labeling subject matter expert and provide strategic planning and support. • Implemented Monday.com to track and manage high volume of work and provide tracking and visibility to leadership. • Assist in deployment of corporate labeling solutions and train team on new systems. • Establish team goals that are in line with corporate objectives and labeling process improvements. • Direct designers, external suppliers and internal stake-holders in achieving business objectives by maintaining current products and supporting new product development. • Build and maintain relationships with external suppliers and contract manufacturers for translations, label/IFU print materials and devices. • Evaluate global regulations and standards related to labeling and create strategic plan to incorporate new requirements into labeling development procedures. • Lead efforts in rebranding IGTD-D packaging and labeling, working closely with Marketing to adhere to brand standards. • Accountable for preparation of labeling submissions for Regulatory reviews to external agencies.
