   As the Head of Total Rewards at Aras Corporation, I spearheaded the development and definition of the Total Reward function, designing compensation structures and job architectures, and evaluating and redesigning health care plan offerings. I planned and ran the annual merit and bonus cycle, collaborated with functional leadership and the Finance team to design and maintain annual bonus and sales incentive plans, all while ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives and educating managers on compensation practices. I partnered with the CPO and CEO on Board and Compensation Committee commitments, including designing and maintaining short- and long-term Executive compensation plans. Additionally, I partnered with brokers to design cost-effective healthcare and insurance plans for employees, promoting employee well-being and satisfaction.
