Passionate about the power of education to transform individuals and communities. Works across policy, programmes, and practice. Extensive experience of working with education leaders and practitioners, policy advisers, business leaders, learners, and other stakeholders both here in England and globally. Uses a Project Management approach for implementation, execution and close out of educational projects and programmes. Most recently for the Foundation for Education Development, leading on their extensive qualitative consultation 20••••22, working with the OECD on consultations as part of the High Performing Systems for Tomorrow, and managing the creation of an online toolkit for climate change and sustainability; for the City Learning Trust managing a portfolio of character and arts programmes; and formerly as Senior Education Adviser at The Tony Blair Institute for Global Change. An accomplished content creator, especially for online education platforms, both for teachers and students. Over twenty years’ experience of successful teacher training and cultivating communities of practice for educators globally; working with hundreds of educators, school leaders, government officials and partners across 60 plus countries.
