In my current role as an Information Security Officer at Trinity Health/MercyOne, I am an expert in managing information security needs and cybersecurity risks in an ever-changing technology landscape. I am a strong communicator and have the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to achieve organizational objectives.Throughout my career, I have demonstrated expertise in enterprise-wide leadership, strategic technology vision-setting, road-mapping, cloud computing, business continuity, disaster recovery, regulatory and best practices compliance, information security, service desk operations, process improvement, system administration & analytics, and IT infrastructure management. As the Senior Systems Analyst at Interstates, I took ownership of providing recommendations and implementing system upgrades and security solutions. At VT Industries, I commanded cross-functional teams for network operations, database administration, and help desk services. Additionally, I orchestrated an employment resource plan via measurement and analysis of workload and ticket volume.
