Throughout my Railway Career I have progressed from Track man through to Programme Manager covering a wide range of high profile multidisciplinary projects.During my progression through the rail industry I have developed a strong technical skill base from the planning and delivering of a particular asset to being appointed as CRE track, ensuring that all the relevant standards have been achieved throughout the delivery of the project.Managing Projects in a demanding environment has also given me strong leadership skills and the confidence to make the right decisions through the project life cycle which will have a direct effect on our Stakeholders. To date I believe my proven experience has no doubt given me the ability to Manage and deliver a project from start to finish in a collaborative and Professional manner.
